We run your back office like it's our own authority on the line — hunting top-paying freight, negotiating every rate con, vetting broker credit, and filing the paperwork, so you keep both hands on the wheel.
Every trailer, one desk
Pick your equipment. Your dispatcher works the boards and our broker book for it, negotiates the rate, and runs the paperwork behind it — start to settlement.
Steady general freight kept moving. We negotiate every rate con, run broker credit before you roll, and file your setup packets so you're never stuck at a dock waiting on paperwork.
Rate deskHigh-RPM reefer lanes with continuous temp cons and lumper receipts handled. We chase the produce season and keep your detention and layover pay from slipping through the cracks.
Rate deskOpen-deck freight with tarp and securement pay built into the rate. We line up permits where you need them and plan routes around low bridges and scale houses.
Rate deskTaller loads booked at open-deck money. We handle oversize routing, escort coordination, and the extra permit paperwork that comes with legal over-dimensional freight.
Rate deskExpedite and last-mile freight sized for straight trucks. We keep your box loaded on regional lanes and negotiate detention when the dock runs you long.
Rate deskFast partial and LTL freight for 1-ton duallys. We book hotshot lanes that actually pay, verify the broker, and keep your deadhead between loads short.
Rate deskSteady drop-and-hook power-only work for your tractor. We match you to carriers with trailer pools so you spend your miles loaded — not hunting for a trailer.
Rate deskEvery lane includes: rate negotiation · broker credit checks · rate cons & setup packets · route & fuel planning · detention, lumper & TONU claims filed on your behalf.
Sign-up to settlement
No onboarding maze. One call, four documents, and your dispatcher goes to work.
One short call with a dispatcher — not a sales floor. We learn your truck, your home base, and the lanes you actually want to run.
Shoot over your setup docs and we build your carrier packet once, then reuse it with every broker.
Your dispatcher works the boards and our broker book, negotiates the rate con, and confirms pickup. You approve every load before it's booked.
You keep the wheels turning. We run check calls, paperwork, and detention, then hand your invoices to factoring so the money comes in clean.
Percentage per load · nothing hidden
A flat percentage of the linehaul we book — never a cut of your fuel surcharge, detention, or lumper reimbursements. No sign-up fee. No software seat. No monthly minimum.

volume & power-only pricing
Salary + payroll tax, benefits, a desk, load-board seats, and PTO coverage — billed whether your truck rolls or sits.
You pay only on freight we book. Nothing when the truck's down for a week. The rate drops as you add trucks.
A dispatcher in your corner
You get one dispatcher who knows your truck, your lanes, and your name — not a rotating queue and a ticket number. Same person, every load.
DAT and Truckstop premium boards plus direct broker relationships built load by load. We know which brokers pay quick and which ones ghost.
Setup packets, COI requests, rate cons, and check calls handled. Your phone stops buzzing with paperwork and starts ringing with loads.
We package your BOLs and rate cons and hand them straight to your factor, so you get paid in a day or two — not chasing a broker's office for 45.
Straight off channel 19
Went from chasing my own loads at eleven at night to running three-dollar reefer lanes I never would've found. My dispatcher texts me the rate con before I finish my sandwich. First month my gross was up almost four grand.
I run solo and I don't have time to sit on the phone haggling with brokers. FTS took that whole headache off my plate. No forced dispatch, no contract holding me hostage — I want a week off, I take a week off.
Been pulling flatbed twenty-two years. What sold me was they knew tarp pay and securement money aren't optional, and they fight for the detention too. Old dispatcher I had wouldn't file a TONU if you paid him.

Yes. New MC authorities are welcome — a big share of our drivers came to us inside their first 90 days. Some brokers put a 3-to-6-month age requirement on their freight, so we build your carrier packet, get you set up in the load boards, and work the brokers who load new authority while your MC ages in.
No long-term contract and no forced dispatch. You approve every load before we book it, and you can cancel anytime with a week's notice. We keep your business by booking good freight — not by trapping you on paper.
We don't factor in-house, but we work with every major factoring company and package your paperwork exactly the way they want it. If you're not set up yet, we'll point you to a factor with fair rates and no long contracts.
Most drivers are rolling within 24 to 72 hours of sending documents. Turnaround depends on your equipment, home base, and how new your authority is — but we start working your account the same day your packet clears.
You get paid by your factoring company or on the broker's terms — we never touch your money. We just make sure your BOL, rate confirmation, and lumper receipts are clean and submitted same-day so nothing holds up your pay.
Our fee is a flat percentage of the linehaul we book for you — nothing else. We don't take a cut of your fuel surcharge, detention, layover, or lumper reimbursements, and there's no sign-up or software fee.
